Notable
- Opened in September 2015 as Humber UTC and was rebranded Engineering UTC Northern Lincolnshire in early 2018 to better reflect its focus and location.
- Extended down to Year 9 (age 13) from November 2018 with Department for Education approval — unusual, since most UTCs admit only from Year 10 (age 14).
- Based in Scunthorpe, historic home of the British Steel works, which is among its employer partners alongside offshore-wind firms Ørsted, SSE and RWE — giving it a second specialism in health sciences and social care alongside engineering.
